When the standard pallet doesn't fit

Not every product fits on 1,200 × 800 mm. Oversized items, sensitive goods, heavy loads or machinery need a load carrier that fits the product – not the other way round. That is exactly what USEPA builds: special pallets in non-standard sizes, from drawings or samples, in the quantity you currently need.

We manufacture to order at our production site in Glückstadt. You specify dimensions, load capacity, wood type and design – we deliver. On request, Semmelhaack Logistik handles transport to your site or stores your pallets until you need them.

Please note: we do not manufacture EPAL Euro pallets and do not offer pallet repair or refurbishment. For these we recommend our neighbour on site: ASP GmbH & Co. KG – Alexander Semmelhaack Paletten (Euro pallets, chemical pallets, pallet trading, crate construction; tel. +49 4124 60 47 61).

Our services

Custom-size pallets – one-way and reusable pallets in any length and width, two-way or four-way entry, for hand pallet trucks or forklifts.
Heavy-duty & oversized – reinforced constructions for machinery, plant equipment, reels and long goods.
From drawings or samples – you send us your requirements, we agree the design with you and produce a sample.
Made to order – no minimum order quantity beyond your actual needs; series and small batches under framework agreements.
Wood & finish – nailed solid-wood construction, heat-treated to IPPC/ISPM 15 for export on request.
Transport & storage – delivery by Semmelhaack Logistik, with stockholding of your pallets in our warehouses on request.
