As a customer of Semmelhaack Logistik or Semmelhaack Fulfillment you have direct access to your data – no phone call, no waiting, around the clock. You can see your stock in real time, the status of your orders and shipments, goods receipts and returns, and the documents for every movement. Reports can be exported as a list and imported into your own system.
Which portal is right for you depends on which company you work with: contract logistics customers use the COGLAS warehouse portal, online retailers the JTL Fulfillment Network. The load carrier account and temperature monitoring are open to customers of both companies. You will receive your login details from your contact person – just get in touch and we will set up your access.
