From goods receipt to the parcel at your customer's door: we handle the complete processing of your orders from online shop, marketplace and wholesale. On 8,000 m² in Elmshorn, right on the A23 motorway just outside Hamburg, with 6,500 pallet spaces, a dedicated small-parts rack with 14,250 locations for Euro containers (60 × 40 × 40 cm – ideal for spare parts and small-item ranges) and capacity for up to 8,000 parcels a day at peak.

As a partner in the JTL Fulfillment Network, we can connect retailers using JTL-Wawi within minutes. Using a different system? No problem – we connect any shop, marketplace or ERP system, either via our partners' standard interfaces or with a custom interface developed by our own team here on site.

Our services

Goods receipt & storage – receiving, quality checks to your specifications, put-away on 6,500 pallet spaces or in the small-parts rack with 14,250 Euro-container locations, continuous inventory management.
Order picking & packing – scan-based and error-proof, from single items to kitting; packing to your requirements – with our own packaging material or yours, with inserts on request.
B2C & B2B shipping – parcel shipping via DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and Hermes – DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS collect from us daily, Hermes by arrangement – as well as carton and pallet shipments to wholesalers and retail branches with the right delivery notes and labels.
Amazon Prime by Seller – Prime-eligible shipping from our warehouse; orders placed by 13:30 leave the same day; further cut-off times can be agreed with us.
Marketplaces & shops – Amazon, eBay, OTTO Market, Kaufland, Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce and many more; one stock for all channels.
Returns – receipt, inspection, restocking or refurbishment according to your rules; on request we also take care of disposal.
Interfaces – JTL Fulfillment Network, FFN Connect and partner solutions; custom interfaces are developed in-house.
Transparency – stock levels, orders and shipment status visible in the portal at any time.

Connected in minutes, not weeks

Retailers using JTL-Wawi connect directly to our warehouse via the JTL Fulfillment Network. For all other systems we use FFN Connect or build the interface ourselves – the know-how is in-house, not at an agency.

The fulfillment warehouse is in Elmshorn, right on the A23 motorway – a few minutes from the group's head office. Please use this address for deliveries.
